Planning Commission’s Regular Meeting – Second Monday of each month.  All Planning Commission meetings will be held at 6:00 p.m.

Planning Commission’s Agenda (workshop) Meeting – First Tuesday following the first Board of Supervisor’s meeting of each month, except for the meeting in September, which will be held on September 9, 2026, due to the Labor Day Holiday.

*All meetings of the Planning Commission, regular and workshop, will be on an as needed basis.

The Nottingham Township Planning Commission is a five (5) member board with members being residents of the Township.  The Planning Commission holds its monthly workshop meeting on the first Tuesday of each month.  These meetings are informal and no submission of any type is required.  Any resident considering submitting a subdivision/land development plan has the opportunity to discuss their plans with the Planning Commission prior to formally submitting an application.  The Planning Commission can guide residents as to whether or not the subdivision/land development plan being proposed is possible in Nottingham Township.  This procedure has proven to be a cost-saving measure to applicants and serves to expedite the application process.
