Combined Preliminary/Final – Use this application for Minor Subdivisions of 3 lots or less OR for Land Developments of 10,000 square feet or less of building area.

NOTE TO SURVEYORS – APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF REQUIRED SCALE IS NOT USED. IF THIS WOULD MAKE THE MAPS TOO CUMBERSOME, PLEASE CONTACT OUR ZONING OFFICER BEFOREHAND.

Deadline to Apply – applications must be in the Elections Office no later than 5 p.m. on the Tuesday prior to the Primary or General Election. It is strongly recommended having it there sooner to provide sufficient mailing time.
Deadline to Vote – voted ballots must be received by 5 p.m. on the Friday prior to the Primary or General Election – PLEASE NOTE THAT POSTMARKS DO NOT APPLY.
